3. TCO Estimates & Disclaimer of Warranties
All price calculations, annual savings estimates, and migration runbook durations are provided for informational and procurement planning purposes only. Software vendors frequently revise their tier pricing, API rate limits, and discount schedules. HopSaaS does not guarantee that your negotiated contractual terms will match automated simulator projections.
4. Trademark & Fair Use Notice
